RCDP is an off-spring and sister concern of RCDS and traces its inception and origin back in 1995 and getting formally registered in 1998 for delving into the social, economic, political and cultural development through its interventions. The journey of more than two decades have been truly inspiring and a blessed opportunity to contribute to the polymer-cycle of macro-economic levels of poverty reduction. The entire accomplishment flagship is indubitably the trust and confidence of all our partners.

With the emerging necessities and evolving landscape of the industry in domestic and international markets, we have employed diversity in products, services and provisions of microfinance to address the challenges and demands. Our concentration has been towards horizontal and vertical penetration along with pioneering new trends, develop efficient innovations, undertake effective interventions, expand access to resources and instill sustainability at individual, community and institution level. Along the queue, we have reinforced the linkages building, networking, capacity building and information sharing processes among the partners, members and stakeholders of the organization. The another characteristic has been achieving some milestones and landmarks which we a part of mission and vision owing the credit to the cross-functional teams diligently serving the cause of community development. We are a registered, accredited, licensed and certified firm with some credible and meritorious accolades, awards and donors under our business regime and continue to strive and thrive the mandate of impacting in form of double and triple bottom line results.

At our principal RCDS crib we are indulged into social development, well being and resilience and networking and advocacy programs not limited to social mobilisation, capacity building, farmer enterprise development, agriculture, livestock and dairy development, water, sanitation and hygiene, water, energy and climate change, health and education, renewable energy, natural resources management, environment conservation, biodiversity preservation, emergency relief and rehabilitation, livelihood enhancement, widow strengthening, community physical infrastructure, vocational skills training and access to justice programmes. At present we are serving more than 200K+ households belonging to underprivileged, disenfranchised and destitute households with majority proportion belonging to female beneficiaries.
