Rashid Ahmed

Head of HR & Company Secretary

Mr. Rashid has joined RCDS since 2005 and now he has transferred in RCDP of sister concern organization of RCDS. Bring a unique combination of HR expertise microfinance sector, organizational development, strategic planning, networking & donor liaison and proposal writing. He has been also part of all major assignments and initiatives at the company. Rashid has vast range of experience in daily Nation and LESCO as well as the corporate sector. Rashid possess excellent internal/external communication skills vital for my assignments and an array of my work speaks volumes for his expertise He holds MSc Mass Communication, MA Political Sciences , MBA in HR and M Phil in management from UCP.

Usman Malik

Head of Finance

Mr. Usman is Finance Manager in RCDP from April, 2015 which sister concern organization of RCDS. He joined RCDS since 2005 as credit officer and gradually developed his career in the field of finance. He also bring a unique combination of finance and operation management expertise. He has been also part of all major assignments and initiatives at the organization. He has national & international exposure of working especially in microfinance sector. He has expertise in the financial information system. He holds MBA in Finance from the University of Central Punjab.

Shahid Mehmood

Head of Operations

Mr. Shahid Mahmood is a member of ACCA- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has nearly 16 years of experience out which 13 years of experiences directly relates to micro-finance sector of Pakistan. He started his career from the very grass root level, successfully performed different roles, including the role of CEO of different organizations. Currently, he is serving as head of operations of RCDP

Muhammad Imran

Head of Accounts

Mr. Imran is Head of Accounts at RCDP which sister concern organization of RCDS. He joined RCDS since the 2001 and he has entire professional career grown with RCDS. He is among the founder and pioneer staff of RCDS. Over the years, he has worked as finance officer, Manager Accounts in the Finance & Accounts department. He has vast and diversified experience in financial management of integrated development project. He holds MBA in Finance from the Virtual University.

Malik Imran

Head of Internal Audit

Mr. Imran Malik has been at RCDS since the past 10 years and headed finance department. From April, 2015 he headed Internal audit Department of RCDP which sister concern organization of RCDS. Mr. Imran has over years of banking, finance and auditing experience in the development sector, Grant Thornton International and Chang Hang Ruba as CFO. Mr. Imran redesigned the implementation of RCDP internal audit processes along with establishing a strong culture to ensure high policy compliance and high standards of transparency at all times. Imran is professionally charted accountant (CA).

Shamim Haider

Head of PMER

MR. Shamim Haider joined RCDS since 2008 as Manager PMER. Over the years, he has headed the PMER department and recently transferred the newly established Risk department as Manager of the sister concern organization Rural Community Development Program (RCDP). He has been elemental in developing the overall risk management framework for the institution and works closely with the Operations, Internal Audit department and Quality Assurance & Compliance for its continuous improvement. He has experienced in project management, monitoring & Evaluation, Planning & Research, Project implementation. Previously he worked with save the children, Sudhaar & children first. He headed projects in emergency and early recovery during earthquake 2005 in Musaffarabad and flood 2010 in Rajanpur and Layyah. He availed scholarships and participated in international training programs which are given below;

Muhammad Tahseen

Head of IT

Muhammad Tahseen working as IT manager at RCDP. He joined RCDS since 2003 as credit officer and achieved managerial position and now transferred to RCDP from April, 2016 .Prior he worked with SAFCO Support Foundation for two Years. He has been major part in the IT department establishment further in the development of RCDP IT Functions. He is a main driving force behind the software development and upgrading of organization. He holds a Master’s degree in computer science from the Preston Institute of Management Sciences.

Asif Hussain

Head of Quality Assurance & Compliance

Mr. Asif Hassan manger Quality Assurance & Compliance in RCDP from April 2016 which sister concern organization of RCDS. He joined RCDS since 2006 and having a vast experience of corresponding with national and international donors, government departments/agencies, data collection, filing of project reports, compilation of case studies, working in close collaboration with the grassroots communities, possess excellent internal/external communication skills vital for his assignments and an array of his work speaks volumes for his expertise. He hold MA economics.

Malik Shahzad

Head of Training

Mr. Malik Shahzad Manzoor has been working for RCDS since 2006 as Training Manager and Since 2014 he is also handling admin Department of RCDP which is sister organization of RCDS. He has 16 years of experiences in Social Mobilization, Farmer Enterprise Development program and PMER, development sector, and also has worked as a principal in Punjab Vocational Training Institute (under Govt. of Punjab) and , Executive Board member of Vocational Training Institute. Mr. Malik Shahzad Manzoor is dealing with the Training manuals & curriculum and admin manuals of RCDP training processes along with administration policies and procedures. He has also National and International trainings exposure.
