RCDP volunteer initiative strategically link with the participation of grassroots level community so that marginalized segment of society understands the true notion of development. Furthermore organization capacity building program, financial and technical assistance, of clients our volunteers work to increase the scale, sustainability, and impact of the organization development initiatives.
RCDP see their volunteers ‘social activists’ because they give more than just their time, energy, put efforts to empower the poor.
